Dr. Wang obtained his PhD degree in the Institute of Theoretical Physics at Lanzhou University. His researches focused on neural computation on cellular and sub-cellular level, including nonlinear dynamics of neuron (axon initial segment plasticity and threshold variation on neuronal excitability), energy efficiency of neural spiking.
He joined the lab of Huihui Zhou in 2017. His current researches are as follows:
1) Brain-inspired algorithms and framework for AI and AI-inspired modeling for neuroscience.
2) Neural data processing using deep learning.
3) Computational mode
